Cakil is a giant from Javanese Shadow Puppet character. He has a very long jaw, and he always fighting against Arjuna or other warriors in Perang Kembang scene. He is just a humoristic character and actualy Cakil represent a courageous individual and a "not to yield an inch" character because in Perang Kembang scene, he always dead with his keris blade. This character is inovation from Java, you can't find it in India.

In my version....

I added a plastic mineral water bottle with the water of course and a can of cola (the brand is "COK" not "COKE").... Because I think, he never closed his mouth, and his mouth will be dry....

And I added two flute on his waist.... one is bamboo flute and other is recorder flute..... He is too obsessed with flute, but he can't played that flutes... because his jaw is too long...

Saya pertama kali ngeliat gambar ini pas SMA, and fall in love for the first sight. Haha.

Saya berharap karya-karya berikutnya dari pengembangan karakter budaya Indonesia (khususnya yang mistis). Hehe.
